Iftikhar Ahmed khan is working with UAE Naval Forces Institute. He is a ‘fellow’ of Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) of London, and an advisor in Systems Approach to Training (SAT) under City & Guilds (London) accreditation.  He is also author of two books; “The Leadership Star” published by AuthorHouse (UK) in August 2012, and “Motivation–The Right Direction”, published by Ferozsons Publishers, Pakistan, in January 2012.
