I have been involved in the education sector since year 2007 teaching at the secondary and tertiary level in Pakistan. I completed my first Masters in English Literature in the year 2007. After teaching for 7 years I felt that I needed to improve my education and for this I joined the University of Melbourne in 2015 and completed my Masters in Educational Management and Leadership. During my last semester, I I did a research project on School Leadership in Pakistan. Based on my project I was offered to do my PhD from the University of Melbourne, which I will start in January 2018.
