Anika Bugarin-Jebejian has held various positions in the field of education; from teacher aid to site director. She is currently the Early Learning Quality Coach in the Early Learning Department (with a specialization in Program Quality Assessments) at for a private, non-profit serving primarily early childhood education. She is interested in creating quality educational programs for early learners ages 0-5 years by focusing on an effective coaching model for educators to get the most out of their professional development pursuits. More specifically, her work analyzes the effectiveness of current training, coaching, and mentoring programs and facilitates a quality improvement plan.
